Arrival Information: Please contact Elaine at 352-262-7313 with your estimated arrival time to receive the gate code. Your wagon will be the first one at the end of the drive. You are welcome to park wherever is convenient.

  • Arrivals after 10 PM require approval.
  • Do not turn down Hope Lane, regardless of what your GPS indicates.

Cleaning Fee: $65


Cancellation Policy:

  • 7 days or more before booking: 100% refund.
  • 4–5 days before booking: 50% refund.
  • Less than 3 days before booking: No refund, except in the event of a hurricane.

  • Cleaning fees and taxes are refundable. In the event of a cancellation, your room rental will be considered a donation.

  • Be sure to request the bunk beds and let us know which sleep sack design your little ones will love!
  • Please book for the correct number of guests—there’s an upcharge for the bunks and sleep sacks.
  • If no extra guests are booked, your wagon will have only the King bed.

NOTE:  Wagon 2 is identical, except for furnishings, to wagon 1.  We do allow a kid-O-bunk to be added if you have kids, so this wagon base price is per 2 guests, $15pp additional per guest for up to 3 kids.
