Nestled amidst shady trees with picturesque views of our peaceful pond, our RV sites offer a serene retreat for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike. Gather around the firepits, settle into comfortable seating, and enjoy a crackling campfire beneath the starry sky. Soft café lighting sets a warm ambiance as you listen to the soothing sounds of crickets and the pond fountain, catch glimpses of fireflies and bats, and maybe even spot our watchful owls.

Families will love the nearby playground at the entrance gate, while the property itself offers plenty of shaded areas and unique experiences with our free-roaming animals. Whether you're looking to relax or explore, there's so much to do—both on-site and in the surrounding area!

Local Attractions:

• Keystone Heights boasts stunning lakes, parks, and the nearby Goldhead State Park.
• A paved bike trail just 2.5 miles away invites scenic rides through the countryside.
• Gainesville, a hub for dining and entertainment, is only 30 minutes away.
• Within an hour’s drive, you'll find even more exciting destinations in every direction!

RV Site Details:

• Available for daily stays, as well as extended visits from one month up to eight months.
• All sites include 50AMP service and softened, filtered water for added comfort.
• ALL of our sites are pull through, no backing required!
• One special pull-in site offers breathtaking forest views for extra privacy.

Additional Amenities & Guidelines:

• Enjoy the secluded atmosphere of our private backyard area.
• Gray water can be run in the grass, and a black water tank emptying service is available for $35.
• Wifi is generally available, though storms may occasionally impact the range extender.
• All three spots overlook the pond, providing a beautiful setting to unwind.  Two of the sites offer plenty of shade! 

We welcome snowbirds and long-term guests, offering an unforgettable stay surrounded by nature and friendly animals!

Check-In Policy:

• No check-in after 10 PM without express permission—no exceptions. If arriving late, please boondock outside the entrance gate without blocking the driveway. If no other guests are staying, late arrivals may be accommodated with prior approval.

Boondocking Option:

• $45 per night, with leashed pets welcome outside of the sanctuary.
• Boondocking does not include a sanctuary visit, though one can be added for just $10 per person for the length of your stay.
